I'm trying to nosy into an app, but it's not at the top level, so it doesn't show up.

How can I modify the source to show ALL valid windows?

The program I'm attempting to nosy through is a .Net 2.0 app running on some tripped out UI frameworks.

Does Crack.Net work with .NET4 apps?

It won't load my WPF app targeting .NET 4.

I tryed compiling the sample CrackNET.WpfTestApp targeting .NET 4 and it won't load either. It work when I compile it targetin 3.5

Just like Snoop it appears that if I define a keyless style for TextBlock then Crack.Net will use that. The bad part is that my app is running in a dark theme we designed and as such we have defined a keyless style for TextBock to have white text. As a result, I cannot read a daggum thing in either Snoop or Crack.Net. Any way we could get this fixed? Attached screenshot.

Same thing happens with our application, our default TextBlock style has a white Foreground.

It appears that Crack.NET inherits default styles from the application it's attaching to.

I have gone throught your code and found that the most of codes are being re-used from Snoop. So, I already found the way to make Snoop work on my machine so no issue for now. Thanks a lot for your reply, Josh.

I'm using .NET 3.5.

I'm using Windows 2008 R2 64 bits as main OS and hyper-V-ing the Vista Business Edition (64 bits) to run VS 2008.

I've never seen that before. Does it only occur for one application, or for any cracked app?

What version of the .NET Framework is the application using?

There wasn't a 'x64' Solution Platform in the code that I downloaded (Changeset 20231) ... I tried to make one myself ... but things went bad quickly. In particular, there didn't seem to be a 64-bit option for the ManagedInjector project.

Should I download a different set of code ... or something?

Hi,

Have you set the Active Solution Platform to 'x64'? If not, to do that you go to the Build menu, then Configuration Manager, and set it in the dialog window that pops up.

If you already are using that setting, I'm not sure why it isn't working...
